Politik Untuk Agama?

Ana malas nk cakap panjang, ana malas nk borak lebat, ana nak story satu je lagi, dah banyak ana perhati, JUAL agama demi kepentingan ni memang satu industri yang menguntungkan. Tak caya? Tengok ni…

Kahkahkahkahkah….

[Random] Learned Helplessness

Learned helplessness is a technical term in animal and human psychology, means a condition of a human person or an animal in which it has learned to behave helplessly, even when the opportunity is restored for it to help itself by avoiding an unpleasant or harmful circumstance to which it has been subjected.

For me, this is one thing that I'm afraid of. This disease called learned 'Learned Helplessness'. Basically, it means that when someone gone through so much FAILURE they'd lose their will because they think they gonna be FAILING eventually. They basically lost all their willpower and refuse to keep on trying.

It's like when I'm playing FIFA with one of my friend whom I almost can't beat irregardless of countless trying, and I end up telling myself, "I'm not gonna play FIFA with him anymore, because I'll end up losing...".

p/s: Heave-ho.. Hope will never fade for those who keep on trying...

Just Some Crap

I've not been writing in this blog for quite a long time. Hell, no one actually read it anyways. Truth is, I'm just run-out of idea, or maybe I'm getting stupider. But, the latter seems more appropriate. Yes, I think I'm getting stupider. I feel lost, or maybe I am actually lost. Anyway, since no one gonna read this anyway, I'm just gonna post this crap just for the sake of posting something.

p/s: I need something to write about, ideas anyone?

[Best Practice] Handling A Windows-Based PC

Windows is the most used operating system in this world. And being the most popular, it surely attract a lot of haxxor to messed with your machine, be it from virus, malware or adware. Here are some BASIC tips to make sure your Windows PC doesn't end up f*cking your life.

1. Always keep the software up-to-date, run Windows Update regularly.

2. When installing application, don't just click 'Next', read what it's trying to do to your computer. Most today's application come with toolbar that had been proven useless and only cluttering your PC, and god forbids, some toolbar contains Adware, Malware and even Viruses. So, the next time you want to install any application, say, Yahoo! Messenger for instance, uncheck the box that say "ALSO INSTALL THIS TOOLBAR THAT GONNA HAUNT YOUR LIFE FOREVER".

3. Get an antivirus, although Windows 7 is by far the best Windows OS in its iteration and rarely caught with virus (at least for me), anti-virus is must have. Among the anti-virus that I suggest is Microsoft Security Essential because it's free and it's from the OS-maker. Heck, but Kaspersky, AVG or ESET32 works fine as well.

4. Install adblock to your internet browser. Most of malware and adware that are infecting PC comes from ads that you 'accidentally' clicked when surfing internet. Therefore, by installing adblock, you can clear most website that clutter with annoying ads as well as adding extra layer of protection against viruses.

5. Regularly check your PC for error. Run Disk Cleanup, Disk Defragmenter and use your Anti-Virus software to scan for virus at least once a month (once every to week would be better, tho). However, if your PC is equipped with SSD(Solid State Drive), please don't run Defragmenter.

6. Some application, when installed, is set to run during startup process. Take Yahoo! Messenger for example, it automatically run during startup so you can automatically sign-in whenever you start you PC. However, applications that run on startup can be a pain in the ass and makes you computer to boot-up slowly. To fix this, in the start menu, type msconfig and press enter. Go to startup tab and uncheck application that don't necessarily needs to run on startup.

7. Don't install application that you don't need. For example, we all know that Windows Media Player is kinda suck ass, but you don't have to install all video player available on the internet. As for me, VLC Media Player is by far the best video player and the good news is, it runs practically all video file, be it MKV, AVI or MP4.

8. Last but not least, in you find that Windows is hard to handle, just buy a Mac instead.

"The failure of humankind is not because they're stupid, it's because they refuse to read..."

Blaming Game: Virginity Lost?

Topik ni dah lapuk sebenarnya. Virginity dah jadik macam rare gemstone, susah sebenarnya nak cari perempuan yang still virgin. Statistik dari hellioz666 mengatakan almost 70% UM students are not virgin, and that was a few years back*. If that statistic was real, how much more do you think the stats are nowadays? Anyhow, when talking about virginity, we can't help but blaming others. (Yes, we are the scumbags who love to blame others or, psychologically speaking, correspondence bias due to fundamental attribution error) Persoalannya sekarang, salah siapa? So, let's play the blame game, the game where there is no game over.

Since we've been limiting most of the factor, the only things that left to be blame is the person itself. The question now is, salah perempuan atau salah lelaki? Muahahaha)

Ada jugak yang cakap salahkan fitrah. Dengan alasan, sex is human basic needs. Aku agak bersetuju jugak, sebenarnya. Sebab having sex, is as a matter of fact, basic needs for most animal to ensure the longevity of their species. Even from psychological point of view, sex is one of the biggest human motivation ever, besides 'eating'. However, 'sex' is a brain function, so does 'eat', that's why manusia boleh berpuasa. Therefore, I keep to my point of view, aku tetap nk salahkan otak. Sebab, otak yang kawal segalanya, kalau ko tak mampu kawal, itu salah otak kau, bukan salah orang lain. Hoccay. But, that's just my view. Korang, terpulanglah, silalah salahkan sesiapa yang korang nak.

p/s: Gua tak kesah awek gua masih virgin atau tak, gua hanya layan nasib. Lagipun, gua pon tak sure gua masih virgin lagi ke tak? Kahkahkahkah... Btw... Gua dah cross out UM from my list. Nasib, nasib jugak, tapi gua tak bodoh... lol...

Dynamic View - A Forgotten Features

As a blogwalker who likes to blogwalking, I do found several in which I really like the writing from the author but the appearance is totally killing me. Most of it due to the 'rainbow' coloring, background music, and 'kiddie' fonts. Although most of the blog that I read was authored by someone who already over 18-years old (who should've known better how to make a readable blog), some of them doesn't really care if their blog is readable or not. As they usually said, "blog aku, bukan blog kau, sekati la aku nak buat camne, ko sakit jubor pahal...", and I have nothing to say to those, but if you really want someone to read yours, it's important to have your blog in a readable manner so that you can gather profit from traffic, nuffnang, or whatever fuck advert available. (Pardon the language, I iz no manner)

Rainbow troll iz rainbow troll

Thankfully, blogger had introduced a new template (it's not really new, since it has been available for months now) called dynamic view, which in my opinion, very pleasing and had increased readability by over 9000. It was created from the enhanced UI that was made available thanks to HTML5 and CSS3. (<-- I have no single idea what the fuck these mean, seriously) Sadly though, although the uses of dynamic views have increased, many have not yet implemented it as their template by default, (me, inclusive) since by using it, you'll be losing your plentiful of annoying widgets and even custom header. What interest me of dynamic view is, it makes reading blog that have many too updates a whole lot easier (I'm a busy man, given a frequently updated blog, it's hard to be keeping track of it if I ever missed any of the entry). For example, take a look how 'Terfaktab' will look like with 'Sidebar' view.

Pretty convenience huh? Plus, you didn't have to click 'older entries' to read 'older entries' (<-- Don't know why, I found this amusing.. LOL), just scroll the sidebar on the left. In case the sidebar is not to your liking, there are six other type of views available. You can have it by default if you want to, just edit your blogger template and choose Dynamic View. Word of advice, if you are just want to try, backup your template before hand in case you wanted to changed your mind. To make it easier for you, write in any blog address that you like to read below, and view it dynamically. Give it a try.
.blogspot.com

p/s: Not all blog can use Dynamic View features, for example, Obe's blog. (I'm not lying). There is also a chrome extension that makes it easier to change how you view blogger site, but it's not working quite correctly at the moment because you need to the delete the extra backlash in the address bar. Still, feel free to try tho.
